By downloading, installing, or using Zamjarah World (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Zamjarah E-Games Development ("we", "us", or "our").
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the App and agree to these Terms. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
When creating an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree not to:
Zamjarah World offers optional auto-renewing premium subscriptions that provide access to premium features, including ad-free gameplay, bonus coins and rewards, exclusive content, and other benefits. Subscriptions are offered in two billing cycles:
The exact price, duration, and benefits of each plan are displayed inside the App at the time of purchase and may vary by region and currency. Both subscriptions grant the same premium benefits; the yearly plan is offered at a discounted effective rate compared to the monthly plan.
Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period (1 month for the monthly plan, 12 months for the yearly plan) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same subscription rate, unless the price has been changed and you have been notified in advance as required by Apple or Google.
We may offer free trial periods for certain subscription plans. If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged the applicable fee. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the period you have already paid for. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
All subscription payments are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. We do not have the ability to issue refunds for purchases made through the App Store or Google Play.
The App may offer in-app purchases, including virtual coins, tickets, and other virtual items. These virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency. All in-app purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the policies of Apple or Google. We reserve the right to manage, regulate, modify, or remove virtual items at any time.
All content in the App — including but not limited to games, graphics, text, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and design — is the property of Zamjarah E-Games Development or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content without our prior written consent.
The App may display advertisements from third-party ad networks. By using the App, you agree that we may show ads as part of the free experience. Premium subscribers may enjoy an ad-free experience as described in their subscription plan. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party advertisements.
From time to time, Zamjarah World may run promotional giveaways, prize draws, raffles, contests, or similar events (collectively, "Giveaways"). All Giveaways are offered purely as voluntary promotional gestures by Zamjarah E-Games Development. Giveaways are NOT a guaranteed feature of the App, are NOT part of any subscription or purchase, and are NOT a gambling product. No purchase is ever required to enter, win, or receive a prize. Participation is always free and entirely optional.
Giveaways are operated entirely at the sole discretion of Zamjarah E-Games Development. We reserve the unrestricted right, at any time and without prior notice, to: create, modify, suspend, cancel, postpone, reschedule, shorten, extend, or terminate any Giveaway; change the prize pool, prize value, number of winners, eligibility criteria, entry method, or selection method; disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, cheating, multi-accounting, automation, or violation of these Terms; and substitute any prize with an alternative of equivalent or lesser value. No participant has any legal right, expectation, or claim to any Giveaway or prize.
Entering a Giveaway is 100% optional. You are under no obligation to participate, and choosing not to participate will not affect your ability to use the App in any way. Any tickets, entries, points, or in-game items used to enter a Giveaway are virtual items with no real-world monetary value (see Section 6) and are non-refundable whether or not you win.
Prizes may include in-game virtual items, coins, promotional codes, digital goods, or physical items at our discretion. Physical prizes, if any, are shipped only where legally permitted and are subject to local laws, customs, duties, and taxes, all of which are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to verify their identity, age, and eligibility, and to provide shipping information within a reasonable deadline. Failure to respond, verify identity, or provide valid information within the stated deadline results in automatic forfeiture of the prize with no replacement. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash alternative unless we explicitly state otherwise.
By participating in any Giveaway, you voluntarily and fully release, discharge, and hold harmless Zamjarah E-Games Development, its owners, directors, employees, affiliates, partners, sponsors, and agents from ANY and ALL claims, demands, damages, losses, injuries, costs, liabilities, or expenses of any kind — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising out of or related in any way to: your participation in a Giveaway; acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize; any delay, loss, damage, or failure in prize delivery; any technical failure, data loss, or outage affecting the Giveaway; any tax, customs, or legal obligation resulting from a prize; any injury or harm caused by a prize; or any other matter connected with the Giveaway. You expressly acknowledge that Giveaways are provided on a goodwill basis and that you bear full responsibility for your participation.
Giveaways are organized, sponsored, and administered exclusively by Zamjarah E-Games Development. They are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc., Google LLC, or any other platform holder. Apple and Google have no responsibility whatsoever in connection with any Giveaway. Any questions, complaints, or claims about a Giveaway must be directed to us at info@zamjarah.com and NOT to Apple or Google.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that participating in any Giveaway is lawful in your country, state, or region of residence. Giveaways are void where prohibited or restricted by law. If you reside in a jurisdiction where such promotional activities are prohibited, you must not participate. Zamjarah E-Games Development accepts no liability if a participant enters a Giveaway in violation of local law.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zamjarah E-Games Development shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, interruption of service, or any matter arising from a Giveaway as described in Section 9.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Any virtual items, progress, Giveaway entries, or purchased content may be forfeited upon termination of your account.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the updated Terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
